In the first century, “the gospel …was preached to every creature” (Colossians 1:23) and it was followed by Roman persecution, later famine and finally pestilence of the black plague, smallpox, syphilis and tuberculosis.

But “all those things happened unto them for examples, and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come,” 1Corinthians 10:11.

God says, “[There is] none like me, Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times [the things] that are not [yet] done,” Isaiah 46:9,10.

Even if you read this book as fiction too amazing to be true, I hope when these things happen, you will be a believer who’s committed to sharing the light.

Sharing what we know is a condition for the richest promise in the Bible, “He will make [us] ruler over all that He has,” Luke 12:44.

When Christ was asked about the end of the world, He said to understand the book of Daniel. In Daniel 1-6, there’s a potential life-and-death issues in each chapter, suggesting that in the end-times, it may be similar.

In Daniel 2 we see the kingdoms of this world depicted in a dream to the king who saw the image of a man:

The king was an idolater and he appreciated the image. Those four kingdoms were later revealed to Daniel as fierce beasts of prey in Daniel 7 with greater detail and reflecting the fact that earthly governments and kingdoms are predatory in their abuse of mankind.

Many fled the Old World for freedom in America. Early Americans commonly believed the beast described in Revelation 13:1-10 was the papacy because it survived the succession of kingdoms in Daniel 7 depicted by the lion, bear, leopard and dragon.

The amalgamated beast in Revelation 13 had a mouth like a lion, feet like a bear, looked like a leopard and had the total of 7 heads and 10 horns from Daniel 7.

Summary: The image in Daniel 2 represented the four kingdoms of Babylon, aniel 7 represented those kingdoms with the emergence of the Holy Roman Empire as the “little horn.” Revelation 13 moves on from the papacy to America and an “image” beast: the United Nations in the New World Order will have the image of the papal Old World Order, compelling all as Revelation 13 suggests.

1. It came from the earth (unpopulated area in contrast to waters that represented nations and population-dense old world), Rev 17:15.

2. This second beast is described as “like a lamb” which is gentle, peace-loving, symbol of Christ, all of this fit early America.

3. The two horns with no crowns suggest a country without a king and a church without a pope.

4. But this second beast makes fire come down from heaven: Hiroshima? Nagasaki?

5. And it causes the world to make an image (look-alike) to the previous (papal) beast. The United Nations is the image beast and New World Order under the UN will be like the Old World Order under the papacy.

This is because in the imagery of Revelation 17, the woman (representing the Church) rides and guides the beast of New World Order. And we could expect the pope to have such a role with the many Catholic countries that are members of the United Nations.

Those who question the identity of the woman in Revelation 17 may find helpful information in the appendix at the end.

This information is not against sincere Catholic Christians who live up to the light they have. Our condemnation on Judgment Day will not be because we were wrong, but because we neglect the opportunities that God sends us to learn what is truth. We must be open to truth from theBible--the Word of God, Matthew 4:4.

The beast that had a wound by the sword and did live is the papacy that survived the Protestant Reformation caused by the sword--”the word of God is…sharper than any two-edged sword,” Hebrew 4:12.

But the image beast (UN) will “cause that as many as

would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. And he causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads:

“And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.” Revelation 13:15-17.

The devil compels, traps and binds people in lifestyles or habits that are addictive. His systems use force to compel the conscience--this was done in the Dark Ages when the most exalted form of worship was the Auto de Fe, the “Act of Faith” in burning Protestants at the stake for wanting to live apart from the papal domination.

This helps us understand that “the dragon (Revelation 12:9, Satan) gave power to the beast,” Revelation 13:4.

With all the cunning and power of the devil, the New World Order will be a huge emergency that will mean the worship worthship or homage to a false system backed by the devil to compel everyone.

This emergency will be a spiritual 911, because the wrath of God will fall on those who participate: “If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive [his] mark in his forehead, or in his hand, the same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God,” Revelation 14:9,10.

In this emergency when false Christianity will compel all, we need to see God’s plan and promise--“My God shall supply all your need,” Philippians 4:19. He will do through some awesome events that are soon to come…
